Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging together with proof of purchase. Personalised and perishable items, may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Policy
We expect to deliver most items within 10 days. We do however ask you to allow 14-28 days for delivery. Some items will be dispatched from our own warehouse within 7 days, but other items will be sent to you directly by one of our specialist suppliers.
Our standard rate for Postage & Packing (P&P) is £4.95 per order no matter how many items you order. The standard delivery charge for N.Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands is £6.95. Regrettably we are unable to export to Eire.
We can now deliver to the Channel Islands (with the exception of Jersey) but are obliged to levy administration charge equivalent to the amount of VAT that would otherwise be refunded. Unfortunately due to the recent Jersey Goods and Services Tax in place we are unable to produce the necessary documentation required by the Jersey Tax Office and therefore reluctantly have had to temporarily suspend deliveries to Jersey.
Regrettably we are unable to export to Eire.
Any items received damaged must be notified within 5 days of receipt.
As a security measure, when ordering for the first time we ask that the delivery address and billing address are the same. However, for subsequent orders the delivery address can be easily changed at checkout.

"Green" packaging
We’re all very aware these days of the ever-growing load of paper, cardboard and plastic that clog rubbish bins and end up in landfill sites. At Bloom we’re trying to do our bit to reduce this wasteful man-made mountain, and wherever possible we re-use factory boxes to send our flowers to you. They aren’t particularly pretty, but the contents are as beautiful as you’d expect. However we also have to cope with some delivery drivers treating our packages quite roughly. Therefore we have to balance ecologically friendly packaging with the need to make sure your items arrive safely.
So the packaging may not always look great … but your flowers will!
Terms and conditions
Price policy
Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. The correct price is that which is displayed on this website, at the time that we receive your application, save in the case of a mistake where a pricing error is discovered or for reasons beyond our reasonable control, e.g. alterations to the rate of value added tax. If the correct price is higher than the price displayed on the website, you may return the goods within our 14 day approval, in new condition.
We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%.
Price Policy on clearance/sale prices
In some instances items may have been sold at their original prices on the website or in the catalogue of one of our Scotts & Co. sister companies and items may not necessarily have ever sold previously on this company’s website. Details of all the Scotts & Co. brands are available on request.

Clearance and Promotions

Returns Policy
The company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. Additional parcel insurance is recommended when returning goods valued over £30. Any items received damaged must be notified by telephone within 5 days of receipt. Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, apart from items personalised for you. Personalised products are bespoke and made to your specification, should you wish to cancel a personalised order whilst we will endeavour to do so, an item may already be in the process of personalisation and cancellations may not be possible. It an item has already reached our dispatch channels and it is too late to cancel, we ask that you return the item (s) to us.
Order Acceptance
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and (Maestro) Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

Personalised Champagne
Please call our customer enquiries on 0871 855 5051* if you have a query about returning champagne. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior notification. All champagnes are dispatched on our behalf by Prestige Cellars Ltd and Intervino Ltd. We cannot print any personalisation deemed offensive. Under the licensing act of 1964 and 1976, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcoholic liquor. Date of birth must be provided at the time of ordering as proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. All products shown are subject to availability. Fraudulent activity
If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will do our best to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.
Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
