Postage and packing
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 5 working days but please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of items in stock. Delivery is to UK addresses only, including Highlands and Islands. Depending on the size and destination of the order, our flowers are delivered either by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier Company. Rates are:

Gift service
We are happy to send our flowers or arrangements as gifts. Whatever the occasion, we’ll include your message (just tell us when you ‘phone or fill in the message space on the order form). We’ll gift wrap your order/s and promise that the despatch note won’t show the price!

You can also let us know if you would like your flowers to be delivered on a special date by filling in the space on the order form, and we will aim to deliver on that date at no extra cost. For a guaranteed delivery on a special date, please select "48 Hour Delivery" shipping method.

How to return
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason within 28 days, simply return the flowers to us for a no quibble refund remembering to include your name and address. You may wish to register the return postage as we cannot be responsible for any item that fails to reach us.

Size and descriptions
All size indications in this catalogues are approximate. "Overall height represents the height of the arrangements as presented in the photographs.

"Green" packaging
We’re all very aware these days of the ever-growing load of paper, cardboard and plastic that clog rubbish bins and end up in landfill sites. At Bloom we’re trying to do our bit to reduce this wasteful man-made mountain, and wherever possible we re-use factory boxes to send our flowers to you. They aren’t particularly pretty, but the contents are as beautiful as you’d expect. However we also have to cope with some delivery drivers treating our packages quite roughly. Therefore we have to balance ecologically friendly packaging with the need to make sure your items arrive safely.

So the packaging may not always look great … but your flowers will!

Terms and conditions
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to he non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and Amaranta Ltd T/A Bloom for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below. Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund. If you return an item, it must be in its original packing.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and to pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you, except where the item is faulty. To return any products to us, please:

When returning items you are strongly recommended proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Payments and taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and (Maestro) Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

Fraudulent activity
If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will do our best to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.

Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Disclaimer and limitations of liability
Amaranta Ltd T/A Bloom does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
